I have been working with Jason and his team for about 4 years now. They have done lots of projects on our home, both big and small. Working with Contractors Roofing was, without exaggeration, one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. As a homeowner who had to manage this project from out of state, trust and communication were absolutely essential — and they exceeded every expectation. From day one, the owner, Jason's communication was exceptional. When rain forced the schedule to shift, he kept both me and my family (who was at the house during the project) fully informed. It was clear he respected our time, our home, and our need to stay in the loop despite the distance. He also identified a long-standing issue with my decades-old gutter guard system, which had been improperly installed and was contributing to roof deterioration. Instead of pushing high-cost fixes, he offered an inexpensive yet highly effective solution. I truly appreciated the honesty and practicality. The real standout moment came during the roof replacement itself. During the full tear-off, a worker accidentally caused a small amount of sheetrock damage inside the home — and Jason handled it with absolute professionalism. He came out immediately, took full responsibility without hesitation, and repaired it perfectly. No excuses. No haggling. Just genuine accountability and top-tier service. The project was also completed incredibly quickly — a full roof replacement, including 22 sheets of new plywood, finished within a single day. The price was very fair, and Jason even found high-quality shingles that were on sale, looked fantastic, and offered excellent hail protection. That level of thoughtfulness and value-consciousness is rare. But perhaps the biggest testament to the company's workmanship came a few weeks later. Another contractor, a family friend, who had roofing experience himself, was blowing off leaves on the new roof and was so impressed with the quality that he sent me photos along with a message praising the installation. When a fellow roofer goes out of his way to compliment the work, you know you’ve chosen the right company. From start to finish, Jason was responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to doing the job right.
